| So I guess I ought to start it out lol. My name is Alyssa - and well, I'm fat. Couple my weight with my back injury, and you have the "recipe for disaster" that I call my health, or lack of it LOL. Anyways, I'm here to start changing that and finding an EASY way to gathering up ideas and recipes in one spot that I can find without adding to the clutter of my house! hehe.
